Concentrators and Evaporators
Ingegneria Alimentare SRL has a wide range of food concentration and evaporation plants for food treatments like: candies, fillings, syrups, jellies, pectins, sugared almonds, hard candies, liquorice, concentrated milk, extracts, caramel, tomato sauce, ketchup, grape must, fruit puree and fruit juices.. Alongside the production of standard lines, we are able to customize each plant based on the specific needs of the customer. In fact, we can produce continuous and batch concentrators and evaporators, both with steam circulation and with water circulation. Cryo-concentrators and heat pump concentrators are also included in our production.
The systems can be automated with a computerized synoptic control panel that can be controlled via the Internet.
Our concentrators and evaporators are useful for cooking or the concentration of different food products, they are able to cook liquid substances. The machines guarantee the simultaneous control and management of the cooking temperature, the addition of ingredients, the cooking time, the mixing speed. They can interface with existing Cleaning in Place (CIP) systems. The vacuum generation system accelerates the concentration by evaporation and cooking of the products; it is equipped with a specola for the control of operations, and a manhole for the collection of samples or manual addition.
