By “waste” we mean water whose chemical and physical qualities have been modified compared to those of origin. These waters must have a series of treatments that allow the restoration of adequate quality standards. The evaporation wastwater treatment is one of the best solution in this cases.
Ingegneria Alimentare designs and manufactures waste water treatment plants for civil and industrial use aimed at reducing the most various pollutants. In our wide range of treatments we also design plants for evaporation, where the concentration of wastewater to be treated greatly decreases the residue to be sent to landfill and / or burn. These systems can be operated either by steam or (for those who do not have steam heating stations) with a heat pump refrigerator. To obtain a product that is poor in water but always palable, each plant can be enriched with the pre-treatment and post-concentration phase.
The systems can be automated with a computerized synoptic control panel that can be controlled via the Internet.

The plant consists of the following functional phases:
Storage of the material to be treated. The storage part consists of silos of various sizes, from preparation silos and homogenization of the product to be treated;
▶Hot product pre-treatment plant in order to separate any low boiling solvents and to feed the concentrators
▶Heated flotation device to separate the possible presence of precipitable solid bodies
▶Continuous multi-effect concentrators
▶Batch-to-body batch concentrator capable of extracting the remaining water from the product from the previous concentrators
▶Water treatment to be drained into sewer or river by filtration

In addition to the design of the entire plant, Ingegneria Alimentare takes care of the production of the storage part, of the piping, of the heat pump concentrator and of the design of the computerized synoptic electrical panel. We also take care of the construction, positioning and commissioning of pumps, valves and sensors.
