PLANT FOR THE MILK
Installation on AISI 304 stainless steel base. The system is composed as follows insulated with ecological foam polyurethane foam (no CFC). It is equipped with an independent cooling system without ice formation even for low fill level, and uses as refrigerant R404.

Boiler for the production of hot water at 90 ° C with a useful power of 27,000 Kcal / h (31, 4KW).
The same boiler in addition to providing hot water for pasteurisation of milk is equipped with a boiler inside which is accumulated hot water up to 250 Lt, which will be used through two grip points at the ends of the plant for washing the machines at the end of the process .

The plant is built in accordance with European safety and health regulations, in accordance with the Machinery Directive 82/392 / EEC and further amendments.
Plate pasteurizer, for UHT milk, Yogurt and industry milk. Built according to European standards. Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304 for the production, storage, production of UHT milk, pasteurized milk, industrial milk, ultra-filtered milk, yogurt, cream, dairy products, cheese, cheese spreads, ricotta, mozzarella, butter , fermented concentrated food products. The pasteurization system is recorded through a micro SD so that all the data can be export on your PC. The control panel, in stainless steel, is provided of a opera-tor panel that allows you to check and set all the control parameters. The heat exchanger is composed according to the processing needs of the client, it has the function of regenerating, heat and cool the product . The plates are made of stainless steel AISI 316L, are settled on a stainless steel AISI 304 and blocked by side tie rods to operate at a maximum pressure of 22 bar. The tubular stop, in stainless steel AISI 304L, allows to obtain the pasteuriza-tion units required for the maximum hourly capacity of the pasteurizer. The production system of hot water, required to achieve the pasteurization tem-perature, is made of stainless steel and is integrated in the machine. The machine is also made up of:

- ▶Temperature Controller that allows the automatic control of the temperature of the milk.

The tanks are made of stainless steel and can be single or double tank, all in stainless steel AISI 304, in three versions: With steam heating system. With heating system on the bottom and insulation on the walls. With heating system on the bottom and sides. The shaking group is formed by an orrery that allows to make different cuts of the curd, as the operator wishes. It is equipped with an inverter system that allows to increase/decrease the speed of the break and reverse the direction of rotation. In the clockwise we obtain a variable cut of the curd depending on the choices and the type of production. In the counterclockwise we obtain the stirring of the milk and the curd itself.
Entirely constructed in stainless steel AISI 304, in vertical cylindrical shape. Made in three versions:
- A. With heated interspaces on the bottom;
B. With heated interspaces on the wall;
C. With heated interspaces on the bottom and sides, for steam heating and free drainage.
Insulated and coated walls in patterned or fine satin finish stainless steel; Shaking and cutting group with inverter; Mounted orrery on a stainless steel portal.
As the orrery turns on itself it sets in motion the shaking instruments into a counter rotation. The curd doesn’t tend to follow the movement of the equip-ment, but on the contrary, remains perfectly still. Equipped with:

complete with ladder and railing

This last one is equipped with a port for remote connection and Teleservice.
Cooling milk tab with external coating AISI 304 stainless steel, Trapcold elevator with total primary surface and, therefore, maxi-mun yield, manhole lid in AISI 304, thick and strong layer of insula-tion with ecological polyrethene foam (without CFC); butterfly valve DN 50 for unloading. Cooling system with no icing even for a lower grade of filling. The very effective automatic cleaning system includes various programmed stages and prewash to remove residual liquid and solid matter. Cleaning in three altrenating stages, cold-hot-cold with a combination of mechanical and chemical action. Final rinse that removes any residue of the previous treatment.

MILK STORAGE TANKS
Built entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, suitable for food it has a cylindrical vertical shape, with basement floor. Interspace insulated with insulating material. Interior finish:

DOUBLE BOTTOM FOR RICOTTA
Cylindrical thermal tank on vertical feet, entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304, equipped with a steam heating system or hot water, both on the bottom and on the walls, with a water cooling si-stem or just cold water. Thermal isolation with Trap-cold technology at total primary surface and so with maximum yield, protected by a stainless steel coa-ting. Suitable for a production of cottage cheese, to heat, cool or pasteurize discontinuous.
It allows to heat the product at a desiderd temperature from 4 to 90∞C. For the most part it is used to heat both milk and serum and to make ricotta instantaneously. It is realized in AISI 304 stainless steel, with working capacity from 1.000 to 10.000 lt/hour. Electric driver and con-trol board, watertight. Controls low-tension as law in force.
MINI CHEESE FACTORY
It is an independent machine, composed by a se-ries of accessories, and with a steam function. Made of stainless steel, is used to pasteurize milk and cool at a coagulation temperature. It produces:
Cheese, ricotta and paste filate (stretched) cheese
Equipped with orrery in stainless steel. The cutting system is controlled by the electrical driver, a technologically advanced system which is able to increase and reduce speed. The curd is unloaded by an oleodynamic lifting system.
