Our coolers and blast chillers are ideal for all food applications where fast and controlled cooling is important. They are made of AISI 304 steel and designed with capacity, power and cooling temperature, which can be modulated according to customer needs. They are available both “batch” and “cabinet” with tray or trolley loading, but also on continuous tape. Blast chillers are supplied with touchscreens for setting, controlling and monitoring process variables, such as temperature and humidity. They are also equipped with a ventilation system optimized for the homogeneous distribution of the cooling power on the whole product, and designed to minimize thermal losses.
